David joined our team in 2022 as Director of Operations with more than 20 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations.  Prior to joining Essex, he had a long career in a variety of distribution roles, including top leadership positions.

He is a passionate team builder and believes process improvement plays an essential role in business success.  Helping our customers and satisfying their requirements are crucial elements to making our customers be successful.  

David holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of New York.  He is a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, as well.

In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
