She has been in the food industry since 2008, with 11 years of R&D and technical service experience focused in food ingredients, hydrocolloids, and nutraceutical formulations. Julie holds a degree in food science and technology from the University of Delaware.
Julie continuously strives to find creative, high performance solutions for her customers. It is her goal to partner with her customers to help them reach their product development goals and to solve their challenges.
Julie likes to spend her free time with her husband and her son. She enjoys spending her summers at the family cabin in north-central Pennsylvania, reading, cooking, and attending Phillies games.
