Paul joined the Essex Food Ingredient team in 2015 after 15 years in R&D. His background is primarily protein further processing and formulation.
Paul has worked in sauces and dry mix productivity. He comes to us with many years of experience working with cross functional, marketing-driven development teams and has worked with some of the largest companies in the food industry.
Paul holds a degree in food science from The Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in food product development.
He lives in Philadelphia where he enjoys running, cooking, and performance arts.
