He has over 30 years of experience in the food industry. He has worked both in quality control and as a production and sanitation supervisor in the dairy industry. He has a real understanding on how the ingredients he recommends plays out in the manufacturing environment.
Steve has a degree in food processing technology.
He enjoys exercising, boating, and spending time with his family.
