Sydney joined Essex in March, 2021, and is working as a customer account specialist. She recently graduated from West Chester University with a major in Psychology and minor in Spanish.

Sydney has been in the customer service industry for over 5 years. She enjoys helping her customers find the right product and getting it to them quickly.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her puppy, Riley, and her family and friends. She also enjoys skiing and snowboarding. She loves traveling and hopes to travel all over the world.
